Opening an Account with Schmitz Ready Mix

Two options are available for applying for credit and starting your business account. For fastest service, download, print, and fill out our credit application, and fax the completed form to 414.462.8812.
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer to open the credit application. The free Adobe® Acrobat Reader® allows you to view PDF files across all major computing platforms. If you are not sure whether you have Reader installed, attempt to open the credit application. When completing the application, please make sure to complete all three pages and sign in the appropriate places on pages one and two.
Your credit application will be processed within five business days.

Schmitz Ready Mix also accepts all major credit cards, checks, and cash.
With advance notice we can deliver to the time and date you specify, including Saturday mornings. Credit cards and checks need to be verified by the dispatch office before Schmitz Ready Mix will ship your order.
