Ready-Mix Driver Professionals are key Schmitz Ready Mix employees who are responsible for the condition and quality of the concrete in the mixer drum and for delivering it, per customer requirements, to job sites across Southeastern Wisconsin.

Job Requirements
- Commercial Drivers License (CDL), class B minimum, with air brake endorsement
- Clean motor vehicle record – No DUIs
- Good judgment and solid driving skills
- Stable, safe work history
- Demonstrated punctuality
- Positive attitude
- Good listening and communication skills
- Ability to understand directions and willingness to follow instructions
- Strength and stamina to handle frequent lifting – up to 50 pounds – throughout the day, and occasional heavy lifting – up to 94 pounds, every day
- Physical ability throughout the day to climb onto and off the mixer truck, using fixed ladders and truck handholds.
Being a morning person is a plus for ready-mix driver professionals.
